Needle Crafts Pakistan aims to provide professional, structured and practical training to every enrolled student. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which a training enrollment may be cancelled or refunded.

1. Registration & Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed after the applicable registration or course fee has been received and the admission has been accepted by Needle Crafts Pakistan.

Students are encouraged to review the program details, duration, curriculum, learning format and fee structure before completing enrollment.

2. Cancellation Before Course Access

A student may request cancellation before accessing course materials or attending the training program.

Where applicable, an eligible refund may be issued after deduction of any non-refundable registration, administrative or payment-processing charges.

Refund requests must be submitted through the official contact method provided by Needle Crafts Pakistan.

3. Cancellation After Course Access

Once a student has accessed recorded lessons, downloadable materials, assignments, practice files or other digital course resources, the enrollment may become non-refundable, because digital educational content cannot be returned.

The same principle may apply where a student has substantially participated in a live or physical training program.

4. Registration / Admission Fees

Registration, admission or administrative fees may be non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the specific program’s enrollment terms.

5. Monthly or Installment Payments

Where a program is paid through monthly or installment payments, each payment relates to the corresponding period or stage of the training.

Cancellation of future installments does not automatically create a refund for payments already made.

Any outstanding amount already due for services or training already provided remains payable.

6. Failure to Attend

Failure to attend live, online or physical classes does not automatically qualify the student for a refund.

Where the program provides recorded lessons or alternative learning access, students may continue their learning according to the applicable course-access terms.

7. Transfer or Deferral

In appropriate circumstances, Needle Crafts Pakistan may allow a student to transfer enrollment to a future batch or defer participation.

Approval of a transfer or deferral is at the discretion of Needle Crafts Pakistan and may be subject to availability, administrative conditions or applicable charges.

8. Cancellation by Needle Crafts Pakistan

If Needle Crafts Pakistan cancels a program before it begins and cannot provide a reasonable alternative arrangement, an eligible student may receive a refund of the applicable amount paid.

If a program is rescheduled, students may be offered an alternative schedule or batch instead of a refund.

9. Technical Problems

Temporary technical problems, internet interruptions or access difficulties do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Needle Crafts Pakistan will make reasonable efforts to resolve platform or access issues and, where appropriate, provide a reasonable alternative means of accessing the affected training content.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method where practical.

The time required for the refund to appear in the student’s account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Any applicable third-party transaction or processing charges may be deducted where permitted.

11. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Refund or cancellation requests should include:

• Registered email or phone number
• Program name
• Enrollment date
• Reason for the request
• Relevant payment information or transaction reference
