Welcome to Needle Crafts Pakistan Training. By registering for, accessing, or participating in any training program offered through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Training Programs
Needle Crafts Pakistan provides professional training in areas including:
- Premium Boutique Digitizing
- Boutique Sketching & Embroidery Design
- Logo Digitizing
- Boutique Management
- Digitizing Business Development & Marketing
Program duration, curriculum, class schedule, delivery method, fees and included services may vary by program and will be communicated at the time of enrollment.
2. Enrollment & Student Information
Students are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.
Enrollment becomes effective after the required registration or program fee has been received and the student’s admission has been confirmed by Needle Crafts Pakistan.
Students must not share their account credentials or allow unauthorized persons to access their course account.
3. Course Access & Learning Materials
Course access is provided according to the program selected and the access period specified by Needle Crafts Pakistan.
Training may include recorded lessons, live sessions, class notes, assignments, practice files, quizzes and other learning resources.
Course materials are provided for the enrolled student’s personal educational use only.
4. Intellectual Property
All course videos, lectures, notes, designs, practice materials, assignments, graphics, documents and other training resources provided by Needle Crafts Pakistan remain the intellectual property of Needle Crafts Pakistan or their respective owners.
Students may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, upload, share or commercially exploit course materials without prior written permission.
Unauthorized recording, distribution or resale of training content is prohibited.
5. Assignments & Student Work
Students are responsible for completing and submitting assignments according to the requirements of their selected program.
Where feedback or assessment is included, it will be provided according to the structure of the relevant program.
Needle Crafts Pakistan may use selected student work for educational, promotional or portfolio purposes only where appropriate and with suitable student permission.
6. Certificates
Where a certificate is included in a program, it will be issued subject to the applicable completion requirements.
Completion of individual lessons does not necessarily constitute completion of the full program.
Needle Crafts Pakistan reserves the right to withhold certification where the required coursework, assignments, attendance or assessment requirements have not been fulfilled.
7. Fees & Payments
Program fees must be paid according to the payment terms communicated at enrollment.
Students are responsible for ensuring that payments are made through the approved payment methods.
Any applicable payment processing, banking or third-party charges may be the responsibility of the student unless otherwise stated.
8. Refunds & Cancellation
Refund eligibility depends on the program, enrollment status and applicable refund terms communicated at the time of registration.
Once substantial course content or digital learning materials have been accessed, refunds may be limited because digital educational content cannot be practically returned.
Any approved refund will be processed according to the applicable refund policy and payment method.
9. Changes to Programs
Needle Crafts Pakistan may update course content, teaching methods, schedules, instructors or learning resources when necessary to improve the quality and relevance of the training.
Such changes will not intentionally reduce the essential educational value of an enrolled program.
10. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct toward trainers, staff and other students.
Harassment, abusive behavior, unauthorized distribution of course content, fraudulent activity or misuse of the learning platform may result in suspension or termination of access.
11. Training & Business Outcomes
Needle Crafts Pakistan provides professional education and practical training. However, completion of a course does not guarantee employment, clients, income, business success or any specific commercial result.
Students are responsible for applying their knowledge, developing their skills and making their own professional and business decisions.
12. Website & Platform Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access to the training platform. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, internet connectivity, hosting issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13. Changes to These Terms
Needle Crafts Pakistan may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this website with the revised effective date.
