Introduction

This 4-month hands-on training program is designed for beginners, aspiring fashion entrepreneurs and existing boutique owners who want to understand the complete process of developing, producing, managing and selling fashion products.

The program combines structured learning with practical training in our in-house production unit, giving students exposure to real fashion production workflows, product development, fabric selection, measurements, pattern making, cutting, garment production, finishing, quality control, costing, boutique management, marketing and online selling.

The objective is not simply to learn fashion theory, but to understand how a fashion product moves from concept to production and finally to the customer.

MODULE 04 — In-House Commercial Internship

Month 4 | ELNAZ Lifestyle 🏢 Commercial Internship with ELNAZ Lifestyle The final month is designed as practical commercial experience, allowing students to observe and participate in real fashion-business activities.

I am the Founder of Needle Crafts Pakistan, with a professional journey covering business, fashion and textile design, embroidery digitizing, production, e-commerce, and training.

After completing my MBA in Marketing in 2002, I gained corporate experience in operations and management before starting Needle Crafts Pakistan in 2006.

My passion for design led me to study Textile Design at PIFD, while my work in embroidery and digitizing continued to grow. Over the years, I have trained and guided 20,000+ learners, helping them turn creative interests into practical professional skills.

I also founded ELNAZ, a boutique fashion brand, and gained hands-on experience in production, branding, and e-commerce.

Today, I focus on combining industry experience, design knowledge, and practical training to help the next generation of embroidery and textile professionals build real-world skills.
